Exel Electrical Engineering (Pty) Ltd, commenced with the business of Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Project Engineering on 1 March 2006. The business was initiated by Leon Bouttell and Dave Le Roux, two highly experienced and well-known electrical engineers in the industry. In February 2017 Brett Scott joined as a Director and brought his 31 years’ experience in the Mining and Resources industry. In 2020 Lisa de la Motte and Etienne Greeff became Directors after their many years of dedication at Exel Electrical Engineering, this followed the joining of  the 2 companies; “Exel E+I” and “Le Roux, Bouttell & Associates” (LBA).

Exel EE has the resources and capabilities to design, engineer, supply, install and commission full turnkey EC&I projects according to client requirement and specification while offering flexible commercial agreements such as LSTK, EPCM & remeasure contracts to meet various budget requirements.
